    Hi everyone,

I'm currently in Health Science program and I wanted to know which course to take.
I'm going to Medicine, so which one is better, Human Physiology (I think it's this one) or Organic Chemistry II (Maybe).

Haha, omg you must be in year 2 of CEGEP.

I'd go with org 2 for the exemption in university, it's much more difficult to take it then. It's a tough class though, if you're looking for an easy ride take human physiology.

    That's right!

So if I go in Medicine, do I have to do organic chemistry II at university? And I can get exempted if I already did it in cegep? :O

Is there an exemption for human physiology? :P

    Thanks again.

It depends on which CEGEP you're coming from and what university you go to, I went to Marianopolis and got an exemption at McGill. I would speak to one of the advisors at your CEGEP.

I'm not sure pre-med requires org 2. If you were to major in microbiology, biochemistry, or chemistry it would be required. Again this would depend on the university.
