We are a game development team from Romania that works on a SF game that is pretty challenging from the game mechanics and from a scientific perspective as well.
We try to answer some interesting questions regarding building a high tech equipment underwater, the possibility of making humans breath underwater, or making some theoretically possible weapons and devices.

    This is our site:
    www.terran-shield.com

We have on our site some of our explanations for the technologies that will be present in the game.

We try to make our game as believable as possible, so we need some specialist in various fields to help us.

We already have a physics and AI scientist (Razvan Florian) and a professional diver and scientist in our team Rajka Geza.

So are you just here looking for people to join your crew? Or are you going to discuss things here?

For a start we want to discuss here some potential technology for weapon and craft production. Given the fact that the alien production bases are at a depth of 5 km, all of the production phases must be done in an aquatic environment and at high pressure. Our first idea is to use several bacteria containers that "grow" nano-structure materials in several production phases.

If we can also find people to join our project, that will be great.

Okay cool. That wasn't clear in your initial post so that's why I asked. We get a lot of spam here, so I wanted to make sure you weren't just a spammer, no offense.

That's a bit out of my wheelhouse, but there are some big SF fans here that are quite knowledgeable in various scientific fields. So pitch some ideas here and ask questions, just try not to sound super formal or anything. A more laid back approach and attitude here get a lot more responses.

I just checked out your website and saw the thirty second clip of pre-alpha gameplay, congrats on that. It looks good and it definitely gave me the same sort of feel as Xcom.

Hope you find this community helpful and enjoyable.

The feel of the old X-com games we also want to pursue and also we want Terran Shield to be a intellectual challenging game. There will be an interview published next week where it will explain more about this matter.

Meantime I will post some diagrams and visual representation of the production of an alien UFO craft, as we imagined right now.

    Thanks for your support.
