Happy Halloween! I was a sky sprite. Did anyone else wear a costume?

It's great that you've had creative intentions for Halloween anyway. Being too busy to put something together is understandable. I also have many complicated issues to bear but always have an elaborate, unique costume. Halloween is extremely important to me and one of my signature holidays. I have local fame for my special ensembles and love to parade around the neighborhood to show off my work. I'm glad that you have still had something to wear. Scream is one of my favorite movies.

I usually were a cool shirt for Halloween for the kids but this year I wore my jacket over my shirt.

I was just stretched too thin with family crises. I didn't even decorate the interior of my house, which is something I normally go all out on. Halloween is probably my favorite holidays. That's awesome that you have some local fame for your costumes.

Falconer360, thank you very much! I'm terribly sorry about your family. I know how that sort of scenario feels and wish you good luck.

Thanks. since you're so into making costumes are you by chance into cosplay? If not that would give you an excellent chance to make more elaborate costumes.

You're welcome. I've never even heard of cosplay until your question, but now that I can define it, the matter seems very intriguing and engaging. It is an excellent way to dramatically express your creativity. Thank you for the flattering suggestion; I appreciate your regarding my abilities enough to make it.

Cosplay is a great way to express your artistic urges, and it's fun for people of all ages. I've went to several comic conventions and there are thousands of cosplayers running around those events. It's just amazing to see the creativity. My brother has cosplayed a few times at conventions as Naruto, in one day he probably posed for photos for people (or with them) about 40 times. There's a real sense of camaraderie at those things.

I'm glad to have introduced you to something new. I hope in any case that you keep making more creative costumes and having fun.

Last year for Halloween I wore a Nirvana t-shirt and some of the kids I gave candy to who were trick-or-treating at our house liked it. For Halloween this year I was cold so I wore a jacket over my shirt, which was a normal shirt this time, when I was home giving out candy to the kids.

When you wear that shirt, mmatt9876, is it supposed to serve as a costume for a band member, or are you merely expressing fandom? Falconer360, thank you very much for the wish.

I was wearing the Nirvana t-shirt because I am a fan of the music.
