    Americans violated the UNO charter when they attacked Iraq and hence America should be thrown out of the Security Council.
    Now do you need an evidence of this too?

    Do you need an evidence that America attacked Iraq OR
    Do you want evidence which proves America violated UNO charter.

    The Purposes of the United Nations are:

    1. To maintain international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a breach of the peace;
    2. All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.

    Far too general.
    By those criteria Iraq "violated the charter" prior to any invasion by the US.

    The United Nations Security Council passed 16 resolutions on Iraqi disarmament, including Resolution 1441 unanimously passed on 8 November 2002. Check your history before you go making wild accusations.

    Now, one could argue that the deposing of Saddam was a Bush family directive stemming from his time as a CIA asset, but that's really a different issue than what you appear to be all worked up about.

    Well, no one found WMD in Iraq...With regards to compensation to Kuwait for Gulf War excesses...Who compensated Vietnam for the war brought upon them by the USA?

    Please there cannot be two standards for judging actions of Iraq and actions of USA. The Security Council did not get the facts right regarding WMD with Iraq. The resolution 1441 also mentions that Iraq did not compensate Kuwait for the Gulf War. Did the USA compensate Vietnam for the war it brought upon them.
    On top of that the American Government was lying to its people about the NAM war. Why should we believe what the USA says about 9/11. It may be lying again.
    I remember Senior Bush was not popular back home for participating in the Gulf war. This time the Government made sure that American citizens would back USA in its strike against Iraq.
    The 9/11 attacks helped the Government build public opinion against Saddam Hussein and so 2003 Iraq war was easy.
