Must be a 100 post limit for threads I guess.

I only commented that pullulate in my Apple dictionary means: breed or spread so as to become extremely common

babe's dictionary mention rapidly. She says she pullulated twice and my response was that she must have been a very busy girl. How rapid is common? Especially twice.

Something like that plus the fact one dictionary has a meaning the other one doesn't. Is there a word for that?

All that belongs to human understanding, in this deep ignorance and obscurity, is to be skeptical, or at least cautious; and not to admit of any hypothesis, whatsoever; much less, of any which is supported by no appearance of probability...Hume

    I'll make one up......

excludefine : from exclude: to omit and define: to give meaning of.

I'm thinking meaning is: When a dictionary contains an interpretation not present in rival brand.

    Sound OK?

I think the name must mean they "walk on their head".
