What is the minimum number of molecules that can have the property of fluidity and surface tension? One molecule of water is not fluid and it does not have surface tension. Then do we know how many are required to get the property of fluidity or surface tension ?

Also does a single molecule have temperature ?

A single molecule has temperature, yes, because it has motion. Temperature is essentially motion. But you couldn't detect it.
