    Hi everyone,

I'm in need on some help.

I've developed a later flow assay using gold nano particles conjugated to antibody as my detector for the test.

As for my capture, Ive applied a antibody (as my test line) on nitrocellulose membrane.

My current and only problem now is stability. At 30 and 45 degree incubation, it seems that my capture antibody isn't stable.

Any ideas/suggestions on what I can do to better stabilize my antibody on the membrane?

    -thanks
    rondon.
