Can an X-ray laser make a hologram from data of a MRI or CAT scan?
If so, could this projection be used back on a patient to target tumors?
Radiation could be low dose with hologram of tumor being precise and would not damage surrounding tissue.
This process could reach into very sensitive areas such as tumors deep in the brain.

This process is currently used in stereotactic radiotherapy. There are a variety of methods to do what you propose. The gamma knife uses a carefully aimed hemisphere of gamma sources to concentrate the "fire" on one small area while sparing surrounding areas. Proton beam therapy adds the advantage that the interaction cross-section increases as the beam slows, thus it is possible to target in Z as well as in X and Y.
