    Hi everybody,

does anyone know which bacteria start to grow in fresh fresh orange juice when it is left untouched, or does anyone know some good sources where I could find this information?

I would guess it depends on which bacteria you inoculate it with

According to this old study, Lactobacillus and Leuconostoc species are very frequently seen in orange juice.

Well, actually I have to do an experiment on which fresh orange juice is put on a breeding-soil to determine which micro-organisms will form. So it's not really like I'm going to inoculate it with something. Now I just need to form a sorth of hypothesis on which micro-organisms I will ecounter during the experiment.
