What is the speed of atoms in a solid? And gas and liquid?

Generally the speeds will be lowest in a solid, faster in a liquid and fastest in a gas but the distribution of speeds depends on the temperature, the mass of the atoms/molecules and the forces between them, (it's a distribution as not all the atoms/molecules move at the same speed. Look up kinetic theory and Maxwell-Boltzmann distribution).
