You should have tried reading what it says:

OUR MATHEMATICAL ALGORITHMS CAN NOT PREDICT EXACT TIME, LOCATION OR MAGNITUDE OF AN EARTHQUAKE. THERE IS NO KNOWLEDGE OF SUCH THING TO DO THAT. THE DATA IN THE TABLES BELOW ARE ONLY BASED ON STATISTICS OF OLD AND CURRENT EARTHQUAKES WHICH CAN NOT GIVE AN ACCURATE PREDICTION. THIS IS JUST A STATISTICAL ESTIMATION USING DATA SERIES OF THE PAST AND PRESENT EARTHQUAKES.

In NZ we have a history of earthquakes. A number of people have attempted to link events as such. ( Including me.) Lunar perigee and the approximate timing of King tides. Knowing that the Earths crust is constantly under stress. The answer is a big fat disappointing NO. We do not know where or when and all the kings horses and all the... Oh Oops wrong rhyme.. The fact remains as a unproven likelihood. A local author Ken Ring got himself into a spot of bother when he made such a prediction and nothing happened. He was more than 14 days out of sink with a new moon / perigee. His local knowledge of weather and lunar cycles seems to not match earthquake prediction. I will ignore any argument. Show me the science is my fall back position.
