Shadowboxing is along the lines of martial arts.

Game wise, a game which requires physical skill is good for exercise. I for one take umbrage that you equate this to age, when many people do it to help stay in shape. Much like football or some other game (although I don't really care much for it).

I listed it because I don't play many games, nor care for them, and boredom wise it's kind of fun to play with friends at any age.

Also, if I may be frank, "that's funny"? If you made this thread to insult peoples choices, then I can promise you it'll be locked and deleted rather quickly. I'd also like to point out that doing so definitely DOES NOT encourage others to post anything along the lines of what they prefer here.
