.....*yawns*.....and about time too but where is my pizza? :-))

Actually I retract this statement. Who wants to be hit in the head on their way to work by a pizza?

DIT: It is really going to be a hurdle implementing remote aerial delivery drones. How can this be commercially done bearing in mind the risks of remote operation error and technological failure particularly with aerial delivery devices? Do we have defined aerial corridors?....... and then how do we develop these to provide a delivery system to the residential front door? Above roads and footpaths would be a no go I would assume?

What about trees, telephone and electric poles, TV and radio towers, tall buildings, flight time and fuel, wrong house, theft if no one home, just to name a few other problems.

Yeah a lot will go missing, if only by theft.

But the gee-whiz factor is huge. And some people will pay anything to be the center of wonderment as a high-tech drone serves them in a public space.

Yeah, will they be able to deliver food? If so, way cool! No more tipping. lol I'm not ''for'' these drones, to be honest. Sounds incredibly expensive, even in the long run scope of things, as compared to human employees. I can't believe I just made such a distinction...human vs robot ''employees.''
