How to go with multipeak fitting in Igor Pro, when the data set upon graphing shows the curve not touching the baseline at some major part

Is it fine to use multiple types of models for data fit (like Gaussian/ Lorentzian/ Voigt/ Log Normal,..) ? How to go about fitting when :
1- in the experimental plot , one region has curve above the baseline and other part has the curve going exactly well with the baseline.
