Does current flow through our galaxy?
An electric current is a flow of electric charge. In electric circuits this charge is often carried by moving electrons in a wire.
what charge does our earth possess. and if we plot all solar systems of our galaxy do we have enough planets to produce current like in metals? and can we tap this current for our betterment?

and my other silly question is
Does earth produce Hole which moves in opposite direction , while earth revolves around sun?

I do not believe enough electricity is in space (I'm assuming that's what you meant?) to power anything substantial. There may, however, be electrical resource found elsewhere (other planets, and obviously the already used sun).

Would the electrons not need something to flow through?

I don't think vacuum is electrically conductive.

even if we create mega potential difference between two points (+ve and _ve, billions of light years away from each other).between those 2 points there may be millions of planets like ours.
