    Hello, friends.

is it possible to make alcohol into powder? there aren't many articles talk about it. some said that it could be possible if we use a freeze dryer. Would you guys help me to give some informations about this? it'll really help my research. Thanks.

Thanks for the link. The more interesting thing about alcoholic beverages in my opinion, is their distinct flavor and aroma by region and process of making, be it fermentation or distillation. For myself, powdered alcohol offers little attraction after reading the article at Wikipedia. I suppose it would be easy to transport and one could select their preferred beverage as the medium.

I've heard of people "vaping" alcohol.

You take a plastic drink bottle and pour in an alcoholic beverage, then top it with a wine cork. You use a ball pump like this:

and push the needle through the cork, and pump up the pressure in the bottle. When you release the cork, the ethanol is turned to vapor, and you breath it in.

Especially after learning that the absorbed alcohol is NOT ethanol, but rather Tertiary Amyl Alcohol, a Pentanol, having the stink of camphor! Ugh! My Mother smeared something containing camphor on my chest as a kid, when I caught a cold. "Mentholatum" was another. The smell of camphor has throughout my entire lifetime been extremely displeasing. I'll stick to homemade fruit wines, in spite of the "non-commerciality"! joc

Saves the stomach lining, I suppose. I have read that consuming alcohol turns the stomach lining deep beet red. Wonder what vape does to the alveoli? joc
