I've decided to apply to study at Victoria University of Wellington (in New Zealand) starting next year. I'm quite excited.

I'm going to apply to study both Computer Science and Philosophy, ultimately with the aim of doing a Postgraduate degree in Logic & Computation. I would have liked to also study physics, but my brains just aren't good enough for the mathematics necessary. (Mmm, brains... *zombie drool* )

But still, I figure Philosophy should be good for some intellectual stimulation.

    Awesome!
I hope you will do great and I can assure you that going to an University is an interesting phase in one's life due to the new environment, new people, new ideas and new things in general.

"The only safe rule is to dispute only with those of your acquaintance of whom you know that they possess sufficient intelligence and self-respect not to advance absurdities; to appeal to reason and not to authority, and to listen to reason and yield to it; and, finally, to be willing to accept reason even from an opponent, and to be just enough to bear being proved to be in the wrong."

Knowing exactly what you want to do is great. I have alot of friends who dropped out of college because they had no idea what they REALLY wanted and just picked random stuff. Good luck!
