I'm new at this forum and I hope you can help me with my doubt. In my report of microbiology I've to calculate the survival rate of my bacteria. I was wondering how can I do this.
I thought subtract the various counts to the previous count and then multiply for 100 to have percentage, but I'm not sure this is the accurate way.
Thank you in advance for those who can help me.

I am sorry, but I am of no help.

I am a theatre arts person, just here, to learn and observe, mostly.
