What foods act as strong laxitives.

Am doing an expiriment comaring traditional laxitives to food laxitives.

Need foods that have "explosive results.

    Thanks in advance

Fiber... what my mom used to call 'roughage'. Lettuce, celery, oatmeal, pancakes (oftentimes), whole grain breads, beans (believe it or not), broccoli, cauliflower, and most of the green leafy stuff.

Karo syrup is an old laxative for babies.

If one is really desperate, tobacco. One half a non-filtered Camel cigarette or swallowing some 'juice' from chewing tobacco is like Roto-Rooter. (Tastes nasty, but if you try this, do NOT be second in line for the potty!)

Whether this helps or not, eye drops are laxitives.
