I'm blind, cried the sightless man.
all alone in the dark
He heard of a master who could heal the sick, cure the lame and maybe, just maybe help the blind to see
good story, but first a little song:
Our hapless fellow crawls on his hands and knees to the crowd gathered around the master. Slowly working his way toward the master's voice, he pleads I'M BLIND.
The master places a hand gently upon the blind mans head and bekons him "stand". When standing, the master asks the blind man if he truely wants to see with all his heart. The blind man says "yes, oh yes, i have longed to see for all my life.
The master bends and whispers in the blind mans ear: "Please open your eyes."
As the blind man opens his eyes, the light feels like daggers penetrating his brain, and he closes his eyes again.
Coaxed by the master's kind voice, he tries opening his eyes again, and the pain has lessened.
Shortly the once blind man turns around seeing the gathered masses and proclaims in a loud voice "I CAN SEE"
