    Hi

    I am investigating what happened with Alcohol (93% by volume) when it mixed other chemicals listed;

    1 - Dehydrated Alcohol
    2 - Polyethylene Glycol
    3 - Hydroxypropyl Cellulose
    4 - Butylated Hydroxytoulene

    My concern is, since after mixing these togather is form GEL. So, this mixture is still flameable ?
    Did Alcohol changes it's form ? What percentage of Alcohol will be there after mixing them togather and GEL has been formed ?

    I shall appareciate your help to determine.
    If you need more information I shall provide.

    Regards,

    Khalid
