Batteries in the clock cause the time to move. I believe one of Einstein's theories concern time's ability to be distorted along with space. Er, I guess theoretically time could "end" should there no longer be any space for it to concern itself with.
Time and motion are two separate things.
Just found the answer while watching The Office. Apparently, time is money. Therefore, any currency is time. Money has various modes of moving, therefore, time has various modes of moving. Whether via pocket book, wallet, purse, pocket, online transaction, or shady government money lending. The only thing known to stop money "Time" is: Bartering system, burning it, and getting married. The reason behind currency, was to provide a more efficient system for bartering to replace trading livestock and sex, or as well as sex with livestock. Einstein's theory of relativity relates simply because Einstein worked at a patent office, which meant he sometimes got paid money.
Time is a man made thing, motion is something that has been around for billions of years.
Hi .. I could see a plant growing which becomes tree and then it dies . . Cant I stop plant growing at a particular time period?? Why everything starts with zero . . I mean why cant be such a phenomenon where a plant can replicate itself rather than plant coming out of a seed ??? hope got my question now/
There was a nice poplar tree growing in the field behind my property. One day about 6 years ago I went and cut a few branches off of it and planted them in my backyard hoping that one might continue growing. I'm no botanical expert but with some luck, one of the branches did turn into a beautiful tree. The tree in the field eventually died but in actuality it still lives in my backyard. Don't think it has anything to do with time however.
The rarest tree in the world, the Wollemi Pine, that until recently was only found in the fossil record is, if I remember correctly really several trees all from the same root. IOW's their DNA is the same. I stand to be corrected on that.
Howz about tthe Pando tree grove:
It's one tree, sprouting out multiple trunks all connected by the same mass of roots. But it covers 107 acres and fills an astonishing 6,615 tons of mass.
That's the equivalent of 33 blue whales, or 76,492 adult human men. Oh, and it's thought to be 80,000-years old. Entire species came into existence and died off in this thing's lifespan. Mankind's entire rise and fall as an advanced civilization is a blink in Pando's eye.
TIME is scary.
