I don't know much about natural science & all it's branches. I'm a high school student trying to get into programs dealing with science, especially research.
It would be amazing if you can add some knowledge![]()

I find Astronomy to be my most passionate interest, even if it's... over my head...
(cough)
...sorry...
Alongside of it, paleontology, meteorology, physics and biology are the things I find myself reading the most.
Reading it does not mean I have strong knowledge in it....
For me, it's geochemistry and hydrology. I'm a problem-solver and I think that humanities biggest problem moving forward is going to be resource management and protection, especially water. I want to be a part of the effort to protect our environment and our interests for future generations.
Paleobotany and paleoentomology I love the interactions and relationships that have been driving both groups for eons
Mathematics, physics, geology and biology are my top four (I think).![]()
I'm interested in most sciences so I try not to be picky when it comes to learning all that I can about anything new. Welcome aboard and enjoy the ride.
hahaha Thank you everybody.
I'm still not sure what I want to study more. Marine life? Biology?
Or, you might try scatology. The forestry department is hiring...
No thank you.
Yeah... me, either...![]()
Animal trapping and hunting, it's the only ecological studying that my intellectual aptitude allows for.
You ask as if you want us to decide your choice. It should be you who determines what you enjoy more not a bunch of strangers. Why not actually go out or send emails to other known biologists or marine life specialists to hear what they say. You can even work for free with them as well if you really want to get hands on through different internship programs available to you. Just ask your counselor at your school to help you.
human physiology, microbial pathogenesis. pretty much any science interests me though. as others have said, it depends on what you like most. you can probably find a good job or even do research in whatever field of science you choose.
The olfactory attractiveness of various types of animal feces.
