    Greetings!

Posting here since most of You should grasp it easier, having realized the futility of self-pride and indignation, than it is to openly express. Being relatively anonymous, Please deem it self-praise less likely! One can assume regardless of perceived plausibility.

Recently hit this article and realized, like most of You, I've always had similar attributes.

Instead of adequate attention, I was
    • taken advantage of in kindergarten, forgiving all
    • beaten and reviled daily at school ~7 years
    • constantly disparaged by my father
    leading to
    • obsessive compulsive disorder
    • deep depressiveness
    • tiredness regardless of rest
    each intensifying others.

~2 years before college-age, I discovered one may attend university lectures( good to ask professors, real interest gladdens ). There I'd feel mixture of bliss, yearning and sadness knowing much has been lost. Earlier, I could have attended often. For now, travelling the distance abrogates capacity gathered so.
Been trying to publish scientific papers, having things thought out for years, hindered from writing efficiently.
Trying to affirm myself when judging objectively.

    More Information

Doctors and medicines don't change much, what really has, is chance to discuss deeper with a teacher( encountered many uninterested in their subject ) or teach for the former. ...would feel energized and able for hours.

Thus, what could help is someway providing the missing posteriorly.
...like adequate schooling consisting of creative, deep and broad discussions without limits on complexity. Repetition, writing, exercise, review nor bothering instructors with the routinely taught oneself may find out is necessary to master a concept. Can do all day long, no fatigue from thinking. Interested in all that admits creative thought, having self-taught most.
For mentors, it means personal interest and no chores( checking , grading , lesson preparation , keeping discipline ). Can help with theories and teaching to vacate time.
Certification nor officialism is foremost as no material benefits are sought. Able to self-educate ( but esoteric knowledge to discuss exists ), it'd be mostly to heal to be able to benefit the world as much as possible.

    What can be done?

Never disclosed, complex to seek aid concerning moral dilemmas and chances of misinterpretation. Fun or negative remarks can be made and don't have to be meant, can remove the post if requested. Won't wish vile.
Learned English later, I apologize for imperfections. Feel free to suggest ways to improve, always glad to learn.

Wish everyone the best there could ever be!

Zilchonymous, from the fact that you are aware of your symptoms (in particular OCD) and that you refer to medication, I am presuming you have been receiving some professional help. It also seems that this has not proved especially effective. I would, however, urge you to continue efforts in this direction.
Be very selective in how you use the suggestions and remarks from others in this or any other forum. Very few are professionals in this field, and I suspect most professionals would echo my words of caution.
If you are principally using this as a means to think through some of the issues for yourself then I applaud the effort. But, again, be very careful about taking any of the direct advice. (Including this )

    Greetings, Ophiolite and Megabrain!

    Thank you for your replies!

    Yes, you're right.

Thanks for warning, I'll keep that in mind!

Perhaps it is too deep-rooted for medications to be anything but supplemental.
What might help is if the missing was posteriorly provided in some form. But that's like a dream.

May the light shine upon you.

i believe all of what you said happened has lead to what you going through right now. i believe too that something positive besides all that negative stuff happened as well. And that that lead to something more positive than depressiveness and tiredness right? you are probly not always obsessive compulsive. probly not always depressed either. i would say you are probly always tired though especialy since you cant get rest? i would suggest looking into your health as that is something physical right there.

    and im praying for you

Now here's a lesson for you in living..

The past, no matter how distasteful it was to you cannot hurt you.
As an aunt of mine used to say "from the moment you hurt yourself you start getting better"

The present is irrelevant as in a nanosecond or two it will belong to the past.

The future is yours to shape and enjoy as you please.

So live long and don't drive an SUV!

    Greets for the replies!

There's always bound to be at least something positive.

you are probly not always obsessive compulsive. probly not always depressed either.
Can say that I've not always been.
For the moment it's fluctuating but hasn't reached a proper state -- gets worse again before.

i would say you are probly always tired though especialy since you cant get rest?
May sleep all day long without much effect. Might be more of an emotional kind of tiredness.

i would suggest looking into your health as that is something physical right there.
    Been doing that.

    and im praying for you
    Thank You!

Yes, that's also why I'm trying to improve the situation

    Look here.

I'll try to make things better. First you should start of with taking omega 3 capsules, they make a difference. Then you should learn that we are all going to die someway. And that it cannot be worse then the worst possible. Then there are some things you have got to learn.

    Eternal life

Before you were alive you were dead*

    *You were not alive.

When you die, you are equally dead*

    *You are not alive.

You were alive after you were dead*

    *You were not alive

Everything that you are came from that which makes you, the mass. Everything that became you was in that which was dead*, when you are dead* again, the same circumstances are found for the you**

    *No further explenation is required.

    **The you

When you change matter, the you remains, the you must thereby be a function that is incommon in the matter that forms the you. What function is incommon for the matter in the you? The answer must be that it sticks together with force, nothing else can be that function. the force is the incommon function. The you is simply a mass that sticks together, any mass fullfill the requirement, but some masses are even intelligent, called animals. Conscious is another way of putting it. But no requirement for being, else you could not have become an intelligent creature yourself. Becoming something else requires that you exist in the first place. the you cannot come from nothing, since nothing cannot effect something and is not an incommon force in matter in the first place, hence it is impossible.

So the life is eternal and there will be ups and downs, but the vectorsum of the universe is zero, hence most likely there is just as much good as bad.

I hope this knowledge helps some. I would also like to say that you must make the best of it, whatever that is. You will know when the time comes for that change that makes it better.

No further comments at the time being.

Done that. Hasn't seemed to change much.

Then you should learn that we are all going to die someway. And that it cannot be worse then the worst possible.
    Indeed.

I would also like to say that you must make the best of it, whatever that is.
    Trying to.

    Take care.
    See you!

    Hey, SealOtter!

The situation is roughly the same, just trying to look positive not to worsen the mood for others.

    Talk to you soon.
    Good luck with your endeavors!

    Greetings, my friends!

    Tried to clarify the message.
    Takes time, I apologize.

...Also took days to compose the original post.

May it work well for you!
