Why earth spins? Is there any exact reason of this??
It is residual angular momentum from the proto-planetary disc. The rotation of the proto-planetary disc resulted for much the same reasons as water running down a drain all spinning in one direction.
it spins because it is a spherical object that its world line is bend towards that of more massive object and it circles it,and when onething circles another, there is an angular velocity. the clear reason is that everything in the universe is moving.
I don't know what the above statements mean, but along the lines of what KALSTER said, most scientists accept the Solar Nebular Model that describes a spinning mass that eventually differentiates itself into the Sun and the planets, moons etc. Because of the spin of this mass, virtually all bodies of the Solar System spin/orbit along the same axis and in the same direction as the original mass.
