    Some cells die even in organs that are still alive. It's called apoptosis. So, not everything in the body is constantly growing.

    Organs don't get any bigger after you become an adult, according to this: Human Organ Growth | eHow.com. But they might still change in some ways, even if they are not getting bigger.
