Thread: How to write such research proposal?

By doing a comprehensive literature review, I have prepared 6 research questions, would like to propose them to different companies, research institutions, which have free choice of topic, let them to select one, which they demand, then start working on it.
Earlier, I found some research proposal with half of page background information and 5-6 research questions, which made the employee free to choose the best one. But now, I cannot find such research proposals, all of the available are so comprehensive, lengthy and are customized just for one research question. Could you please explain me, in which format should I propose mines? Any sample is highly appreciated.
