    Hi all,
at the moment we are equipping a new labor. What I now want to ask is which experiences you have with the different HPLC column roducers and sellers. What I looked up were the in my opinion renowned producers like Whatman, Thermo Fischer or Agilent. But which one would you suggest for separating enantiomer proteins and stuff like that? How much will it cost? Are there any alternatives?

As you already mentioned the international renowned producers of HPLC columns are Merck, Whatman, Agilent, Thermo Fischer, Grace and Varian. for separating enantiomer proteins I always prefered Chiral. In my opinion the best choice for this job, but that´s just subjectiv. The costs to predict is very difficult cause it depends on so many factors. Perhaps just try this page, there´s a HPLC column configurator: HPLC Säulenkonfigurator: Finden sie schnell die richtige HPLC Säule - Analytics Shop
this way you can get an overview of how expensive it will be. Otherwise good luck at your search
