Naagh, I'm against gyms. All underweight people go to them. Probably to put on weight I suppose. All those beautiful girls flexing their muscles embarrases me. And then there's the mens change rooms. Thats where you really see the build up and muscle developement. Still, I see nothing wrong with walking a few yards, say 20 or 30, and then having a sit down. Perhaps some go for the coffee? Must be some attraction. westwind.

overweight people go as well. exercising feels good though. gets you "charged" after the endorphines are released. those beautiful girls are even more motivation for going to the gym.

walking's definitely healthy, but wont give you a nice toned muscular look. then again not everyone wants that

Only when injured or when the weather is horrendous. MUCH prefer to get exercise outside.

I go to a 24 hours gym nearly every day, sometimes twice a day. It's 3 minutes away and just so convenient. After just one week of constant workout you definitely feel a rush of endorphins and begin to feel very noticeably better. Your head feels clearer. Everything changes for the better.

I have clinical depression, meaning that I do not have enough serotonin in my bloodstream. After the gym I feel it coming back, and this sometimes leaves my vision with movement "streaks". Like latent stuff. This is a known effect of serotonin. After your body has been missing it for a while. Or when you are on MDMA in a club :P
It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.
