    No problen....You can buy a receiver no bigger then a USB memorystick called Funcube dongle pro. Completer receiver from 50MHz to 1700MHz! It wil receive all modes. But you only get a 96kHz slice of the spectrum at any givin time. I got one and it works nice in receiving the hydrogn line. You can hear the hydrogen noise in you pc speaker...awsome!
    But you still need an antenna and a low noise amplifier. My antenna is a simple tiny Horn antenna....see the SETI site and look for "The horn of plenty" antenna project. They also sell LNA's that work at the hydrogen line frequency.
