I am working on the genotype of CYP2A6*1A, *1B and *4. I used the primers:
FP: 5’-CACCGAAGTGTACCCTATGCTG-3’ and.
RP: 5’-AAAATGGGCATGAACGCCC-3’.
From ensemble, I have got the theoretical PCR product size 1320 bp. But from previous published papers I found that PCR product size is 1338 bp. How can I solve the problem without direct sequencing? Please help me for this problem.
