No, don't have time. Or really, much interest. I prefer investigating astronomy, meteorology, geology, etc, and supporting my local astronomy club in numerous ways, and trying to create a consulting business.
No, I don't play videogames anymore - I did when I was younger. Well this isn't entirely true, on rare occasion I might take a nice little nostalgic trip and play a good old retro game. In which case, one of the greatest games out there: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 - The Arcade Game.
Jeez, too long a list to mention them all.
I'm one of the more active visual meteor observers in the world, and report my obs to the International Meteor Organization for analysis. I teach classes on meteors to Adult Education classes, and general astronomy to schools and the public at our local astronomy club. I've lectured across the NE US and SE Canada about the subject of meteor showers. That one's my passion. I document and analyze the latest data on Asteroids, Cmets, and other small solar system bodies. etc, etc...
I record precipitation data used throughout the US by the NWS, State Climatologists, Hydrologists. My records here go back decades. Snowstorms are another passion. etc,etc,etc...
I investigate the hydrology of the river that runs through my town, which has reached flood stage more in the last 10 years than in the previous 85. My research has revealed that a significant change in the river occurred in 1967, but since I just found that this week, I have only speculation as to the root cause. More research needed. I participate in a monitoring program of the macroinvertebarte life in the river used for understanding the "health" of the river. etc,etc,etc...
I read all the lates science news in numerous journals and magaizines (the quality ones anyway) for anything and everything else that might be of interest.
And many other things, that's just the scum off the top of the wort.![]()
yonks ago i used to play games like Myst, Riven and Reah, but in the end lost interest
i'm already doing plenty of problem solving for work, i don't feel like i need to do it in my spare time as well
Warcraft 3, Starcraft 2, Diablo 2, Armies of Exigo, Magesty 2.
I just got the new xbox 360 from my girlfriend, but I have yet to open the box. However, I did get the new batman game from one of my friends. I heard it's pretty good.
