It is very difficult to offer a complete list as I am basically a coward.

    Serious phobias include:
Heights (If I awas any taller I would be unable to stand up.)
Spiders (And insects in general, but not butterflys, bees, flies or wasps.)
Enclosed spaces (Which I only discovered during an MRI scan.)

Really? How serious is your phobia? Just out of curiosity.... If you don't mind, of course.... Is it like, not leaving the house unless you must, or a bit less serious?

BTW, I'm seriously hymenopterophobic lol it's quite mouthful isn't it? In general, I'm afraid of bees, wasps and all the other "flying objects"

And yeah, I'm kinda socio phobic too....

I have a slight phobia of phoning people I've never met. It can be a real pain for getting things done...

You're not alone on that one, not sure why it exists?

Other than that, I have once had a fear of water, hydrophobia which I overcame. I still am terrifed of heights yet love the buzz of standing on the edge of a height; it's awesome.

Less comfortable about hieghts than I used to be but I don't think I have anything resembling an irrational fear of anything.

I always turn away holidays which involves going to beaches. Its like if i see a wide area of something like a large field or something like that i try to go away from it, for example i cant attend some of my P.E. classes in school.

You could probably cure this by spending two weeks making obscene phone calls.

But I could only make obscene phone calls to people I already know. This usually ends up with them ignoring me

I used to have a similar phobia of approaching strangers (e.g. in shops etc.), but I'm nowhere near as bad with this now.

In my case, I hate talking on the phone generally. The lack of body language and facial expressions while talking disturbs me, and is much, much worse with someone I've never met before.

I refuse to swim in water that is too deep to stand in.

Heights make me uncomfortable, but I don't know if it's a phobia, I've been willing to get up on ladders and do roof work, but getting on and off that ladder at the top freaks me out.
