    Hi Guys,

    I couldn't get hold my old account.. forgot all the details
    I'm no science boffing! so apologise for my noobiness!

    Not science.. or is it?

    Bread: Can be very nutritious.. Once microwaved - it goes hard right? Obviously it loses some nutritional value.. but how much?

    What is it - that makes the bread go hard? Over cooking it? Or is it taking all of the moisture out?

    would you still class it as bread after it's gone rock hard... or has it's molecules & other science things changing which mean it's no longer bread?

    A rather random & strange question I know! Thanks in advance lol!
