Hey this is for a homework assignment, I'm supposed to interview someone. The professor is fine with using impersonal means like this. So if you are willing to answer some generic questions about your career, read on and thank you very much!!

    1. What is a regular work day like for you? Do you have regular hours, a changing schedule, or are you on call? How many hours a day and how may each week? Describe your responsibilities.

    2. How much do you make hourly or if you make salary, how much weekly; or how much yearly. So I can relate this to my local economy, please say what state/province/country you live in.

    3. How long have you had your current position? What did you do before then? Is this one step towards a different career/job, or are you content where you are now?

    4. Does your job allow for you to find ample time for friend/family/community/personal activities?

    5. What's the most important skill to do your job?

    6. What have you learned at your current job?

    7. What are the work relationships like at your current job, IE how do you work together with others, including management, subordinates, and equals within and outside your department.

    8. Do you have liberties in improving the methods you use to get a job done? Are you recognized or rewarded for improvements?

    9. How has the economy effected your career? Has it prevented or allowed you to find better opportunities, to earn raises. Have others been layed off, and you given their responsibilities without necessarily being paid more? or any other ways the economy may have effected your job

10: When you were younger(say in your early 20s) did you know what you wanted to do? If you are in your early 20s, do you know what where you want to be 20 years from now?

Feel free to share anything you'd like to about your job; what you like and dislike. And if you have any questions for me, shoot.

    Thanks again!
