hello everyone my name is Daniel and I'm going to be taking the ACT test again very soon. I took it once back in high school but I was an unfocused, uncaring individual and I did poorly (25). I'm looking to go to college now and I want to improve my score. I know I can do it.

The problem is I don't know what books I could use to re-study subjects like algebra, geometry, calculus, physics, chemistry, and english. It's very urgent that I start studying and re-learning.

Can someone please give me some where to start? My plan is to go through math first, then science, and English last. Anyone have any books that will help me understand math more and give me more information about algebra through calculus?

Please help me and I greatly appreciate your time and help.

I really want to understand what's going on in math and science on a much better level. I do have an ACT practice test where I could test my new abilities. I want to understand what's going on, why it's going on, and then I want to be able to do problems as well.

    Again, thank you

Go to a public library or college library near you and ask somebody working there to help you out. They will tell you everything you need to know, today, about the ACT test and how to study for it. I also suggest you start with studying reading, writing, and math before moving on to more advanced subjects such as science.

My plan was to study English first then Math and science after that. I went to the library last night and I found some really good material for math and science but there wasn't much on English that looked relevant to me. I guess I'll go back and ask someone for help tonight.

Any secific math books you could recommend to help me comprehend it more?

This link to the test preparation products provided by ACT store would probably be your best bet at getting prepared for it. Good luck:
