maybe you're talking about a different system than there is in the states, but aren't minor/major and undergraduate degrees the same? In undergrad you pick you major and may or may not pick a minor. Maybe you're thinking of Master's?

Because the Brits made the system the yanks use. They just changed everything a little, by a little I mean a lot to lose ties to the UK.

I just go to College... High school yfor americans. I'm year 10! Damn I feel young.
