Hi all, im a final year student in forensic science and I am doing my dissertation on low copy number DNA profiling. I am so confused because apart from the detection & amplification protocols, its reliability & limitations in forensic science and case studies I donít know what else I need to put in. can anyone help me and tell me what is it exactly I need to look for please?

This is probably something you should speak to your teacher/professor about, not us. We don't know what will get you a good grade.

Man can will nothing unless he has first understood that he must count on no one but himself; that he is alone, abandoned on earth in the midst of his infinite responsibilities, without help, with no other aim than the one he sets himself, with no other destiny than the one he forges for himself on this earth.

The problem is that I have to come up with an original idea on low copy number analysis and then talk around that. You know that originality thing! But thanks for getting back anyway.
