Stir the mixture with a glass rod and pour in 20 its volume of water. The precipitate must then be washed and saturated with bicarbonate of soda/lime. My question is how do I convert Baume to celsius?

When you think about it.... the connection is obvious isn't it?

Religion tells you all about dying and what (purportedly) comes after.

War is a place people go to die.

How could religion not become the epicenter whenever a war is getting started? Doesn't mean the religion started it. Just means all those men who are facing a strong probability of an early death want to draw comfort from somewhere. Their leaders would encourage it because having a good sense of the afterlife makes them more brave.

I don't see how it would be the cause. More like an extremely effective psychological tool for conditioning soldiers.

i'm 32, male. Not of the sports type, thin, work with computers all day. Almost two years ago, i started practicing yoga to relieve the back pain, and up to now it has worked.
Will ObamaCare result in FEWER people with Health Insurance?

Obamacare, if nothing else, was supposed to decrease the number of Americans not covered by health insurance. However, it may fail to meet even that goal.

Why? A combination of the large increases in the cost of insurance under Obamacare and the fact that under the guaranteed issue rule people will be able to not buy insurance until they get sick or injured and need it. Sure, there is the penalty for not buying insurance, but for 2014 it's just $95. Way less than the cost of even one month of insurance.

A recent survey suggests that almost half of those polled who currently have health insurance will drop their coverage if their insurance rates increase 30%. Average increase in premiums projected under Obamacare? 50%.
Evidence of these changes was gathered in late March and early April of this year, when the American Action Forum sponsored the first national poll of this demographic, specifically testing what effects various premium increases would have on consumers’ willingness to purchase coverage. Respondents were those who already purchase insurance and had very specific information regarding their monthly premiums and the penalty they would pay if they failed to continue to buy insurance. I wanted to ask if this is still accepted practice for obtaining a dissection of a human brain. To drill into the skull and remove the bone. Then rapidly removing the intact brain from the skull and placing it in ice cold saline solution or artificial cerebrospinal fluid, saturated with carbinogen. A dissection technique called vibrotome sectioning being used to remove a slice. Does anybody have any images of the artificial cerebrospinal fluid or know more about vibrotome sectioning?

What kind of motos/wisdom you know, that helps you psychologically?

I've become to a conclusion, that all kinds of changing operations are making your mind weaker, not better. So if you are having mental health issues, never start doing psychological surgery to get rid of all the negativity. I have noticed that accepting all the braincontent works better than trying to avoid things. Scizophrenia as example, causes lot of moments that you can't stand - but if you are not starting to fight the sympthoms, you'll be more happy.

Depression can really eat your concious too. All the negative thoughts that recycle in your mind, they need to be isolated and put away. Let others help you. Take the meds.
The hard situation will fade out eventually.

Know yourself and be that!

Some thoughts have helped me over the years. Remember to not carry all the burden.

No. Because the pressure gradient is reduced, there would be a problem with adequate circulation. In addition, the capillaries, where the business of gas and nutrient exchange takes place, have permeable walls. An increase in venous pressure would increase the pressure inside the capillaries leading to 'leak' of fluid from the blood into the tissue (a bit like tea being squeezed from a tea bag). The tissue becomes 'water-logged' (clinicians and scientists call this 'oedema') and it is a problem because it increases the distances that gases and nutrients must diffuse to meet the metabolic needs of the tissue. This problem happens in congestive heart failure, where the venous pressure increases due to inadequate pumping by the heart.

how this happens I always think that increasing the blood pressure in veins would help movement

I've been playing around with plating recently using copper oxide and a 9V battery. My solution is aqueous with regular tap water my anode is a copper soldering tip and i'm using a key ring as the cathode. I wanted to clean the key chain of skin oils and junk, so i dipped it in acetic acid for a couple hours, rinsed it with water and dried it with a clean towel. Now the question, why is the plating ending up with some spots being plated more than others, on the key ring almost like reverse pitting? Could the impurities in the water be doing anything? I can't say for certain what the metal is for the ring, my guess is it's steel, but this inconsistency is also taking place on a brass key I plated. This normal due to the fact that the metals I am plating are most likely not homogeneous or pure enough?

As I know it light alone is not visible, there is always a component of dark for light to be visible; this is also true for the reverse.
When I hear of black holes that are so dense they trap light, the question arises, if black holes were opened, would we find light inside. As we are made to understand by modern science, black holes reacts to gravity, they are so dense they do not emit light. What I am trying to understand is this, how can light be trapped? If black holes were dense matter, it would not trap light but reject light.
When we see light it goes in our bodies and show us the light inside, when we shut out the light we do not have light inside. Can we say the light is trapped inside as we do for black holes?
