    Hello, fellows

How come countries don't care about solar energy?
How significant would it be if everyone used solar energy??

I've found some article about the topic, but it doesn't answer all my questions

    ?? They do.

From almost no impact to a significant reduction in fossil fuel usage, depending on how you implement it.

Maybe I expressed myself wrong. I feel like government don't do enough to help people to implement it.

Where are you from? Here in the US the use of solar is growing tremendously - and part of that growth is due to government incentives, like tax credits, net metering and TOU pricing.

Solar power is expensive, needs a large area, and it is dependent mostly on the sun. It is not perfect. However it can be very useful when combined with other sources of power.
Growing up, i marveled at star-trek's science, and ignored the perfect society. Now, i try to ignore their science, and marvel at the society.

Imagine, being able to create matter out of thin air, and not coming up with using drones for boarding hostile ships. Or using drones to defend your own ship. Heck, using drones to block energy attacks, counterattack or for surveillance. Unless, of course, they are nano-machines in your blood, which is a billion times more complex..
