Thread: water, carbon, nitrogen, phosphurus cycle

Hi,

I have this question for an assignment and I really can't of anything any help would be great thank you !

Identify one significant human activity and how it changes the overall balance of the water, carbon, phosphorus, and nitrogen cycles. Outline some choices an individual can make that will reduce the impact of this human activity.

We allow folks to help if they want in the form of hints etc. but insist the one with the homework assignment do most of the work. In other words brain storm and bounce some ideas off here.

Think about how humans effect those cycles. How do people use that stuff? For example, surely you can think of ways people use water, and possible ways to reduce its use etc. Do the same with the other cycles.
