I was wondering since the earth has magnetic fields we could create an artificial gravity machine under a car pushing down on the earths magnetic field forcing its self away from it like how the same color on two magnets pushes away from it. Wouldent it be easy to create floating items or cars then? Also what creates artificial gravity?

If I'm not mistaken, the magnetic field strength on the surface of the planet is too weak for what you are proposing to be feasible. When was the last time you've ever hear of or seen a magnet (or just about anything magnetic) "levitate" itself after dropping it?

There isn't any artificial gravity outside of science fiction. Some futuristic ideas for space stations involve spinning a large circular station so that the astronauts are thrown against the outer rim to simulate the effects of gravity.
