Hi everyone. Can the wires overlap each other in the pcb schematics?? I have to connect pins of the ic together and have done that but now I am having trouble making space for pin 14 to connect to Vcc. Can I use the arc command to jump over the wires connecting the pins or do I have to make a whole New path for pin 14 and 7Thanks for the help

I'm not sure if you are talking about a schematic (circuit diagram) or PCB layout.

If the former, you can make wires cross as much as you like although you should minimise them for clarity.

If PCB layout, then it depends how many layers you have. The PCB layout software should either prevent you doing layouts that would short wires or include a function to check that you haven't. (It shoudl also be able to do the layout for you, automatically.)

As Strange said. However, even in a multilayer board, you can't use the arc command because it's just not possible to do that on one layer. So when you change your schematic to PCB, it'll automatically route layers and you won't see any arc anywhere.

Sounds very interesting and helpful! Thanks for sharing Author(Fine). first you have to decide how many PCB layer that you want. I have some world class PCB circuit board company. Arc Command not possible to do for 0ne layer PCB board.
