    Could be a laser beam used as an antena to detect EM waves?... If yes how it could be designed the whole system?

    The answer is no. Photons do not interact with other photons.


    Its the way nature is!
    If you dont like it, go somewhere else....

    Yes, gravity waves should effect lasers. LIGO (LIGO - Laser Interferometer Gravitational Wave Observatory LIGO - Laser Interferometer Gravitational Wave Observatory) is using lasers in their attempts to detect gravitational waves.
    Its the way nature is!
