Is it possible to build a tube that will absorb vibration and transfer the energy to an attached ball?

    Thank for your help.

    What kind of tube?

Elenco used to make a kit, with a cork ball on a metal rod. Attached to an electrical board. When you energized the circuit, an electrical pulse would, cause the ball to ionize, the air around it. Moving it. The ball would reach the end of the metal rods bending range. And then move in another direction.

This happens to TIG welders, especially with titanium aluminum rods. You almost cannot keep the rod still. While it is in a silent beam of electrons passing through noble Argon gas. Pretty wild the first time it happens to you.

I looked through the site for it. However I do not see it.
