Ok so im going to college as an undecided major, but I’m trying to find a career path that interest me. I was hoping u guys could give me a few ideas. I’m not looking for much just a few suggestions on where I should start researching.
Here’s a list of my interests.

    -working in a science field
    -working in a laboratory
    -traveling around the world
-maybe doing some work in a rain forest or some tropical area
-working around and in the ocean

I would like to be in a field that meets one or more of these criteria. I don’t really care to much about money, that’s the farthest from my concerns to be honest. I just want a career I can look forward to going to every morning.

Primate communication. Lots of international conferences on animal behaviour. Field observations in the African rainforest. Lab observations in a zoo of your choice. Computer simulations of cultural differences between primate groups.

From your list; You might check out 'Ocean Research'. Much is done on an International Level, folks from many places. Travel a must and you wake up at your job for long periods of time, long vacations otherwise. You might make a little more money than other ventures and you should for your educational efforts. Might add with new technology, exploration demands for oil, environmental concerns, plate tectonic research and other projects going on line, the demand for qualified and willing (away from home) help is in demand.

You might consider marine science courses, such as offered here: http://msc.cox.miami.edu/index.html

This could lead to a number of careers in ocean and atmospheric research, underwater archaeology, marine biology, marine geology.

How about: observe weird fishes in a tropical river/lake and do experiments with them in your special laboratory.
(there you got something with all points in your list )
