Hey everybody, first post here, so please don't haze me.

I joined looking for some suggestions. I'm a junior in high school right now. I have a strong interest in biology, chemistry, physics, and all that good stuff. I was wondering where I would look for some science-related job openings for an inexperienced 17-year-old out there. I realize this is an awkward question but I don't want to go out and get a job working in a restaurant or something like that. I want a job that I'll take interest in, and that's in science. And it would look better on a college transcript.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

well being a junior in high school as well, i feel you might take my advice a little less than some older more experience people but i think this is common knowledge.

College is where you can find a job opening.
The education system we have in high school is a joke man, and its 99% likely that you wont get a good paying job without some college education.

even if you go to a private school, your high school diploma is the same as joe schmoe in north dakota. Differences are made in College.

P.S. - i just read the this will look good on my college transcript part.
Yeah it would, but where are you going to find a job like that? i would suggest doing something like what my Brother is doing, which is Working in a lab at his graduate school with his current profressor. that would look even more impressive on a job application.

i ripped this off of someone else's signature, but i felt that it equally applied to me.
