To turn a white flower into a blue flower, You need to dip the stem in dyed blue water, right?
What can I do to make this process go more quickly?

Yes. We did this in school and it took several hours to notice the change and almost a full day to complete. It also depends on the type of flower and the purity of the food coloring. (we used a lot) I don't know of a faster way tp speed up the capillary process.

i believe if you increase the rate of photosynthesis (aka put the plant in the sun) the plant should soak up the die at an increased rate.
