    Science homework?

When I was in school, I cannot remember what grade I was in at the time, I was given a list of 100 questions with impossible to find answers. It was extra credit only, not assigned... But the teacher gave credit for any answers provided, so if you had 50/100 answers then you had 50% worth of one exam mark applied to your over-all grade.

Today, that extra credit sheet would never work- we have Google at our fingertips.

Hello I need a help with a few questions for my homework : 1) a mixture of elements in which the relative proportions are consistently discrete ( it is an8 letter word that begins with C and the 7 th letter is N ) 2) type of irregular breakage in a mineral , indicating rather strong chemical bonds between the atoms ( 8 letter word with 3rd letter A and last one E) If anyone could help I would really appreciate that , thanks!

You aleady posted this elsewhere and I gave you a clever little riddle and you made no attempt whatsoever to solve it.

The whole point of homework is for you to spend some time on your own learning, not for you to go out and get the answers off the internet. Kids nowadays, yeesh.

If Wolverine's skeleton were infused with rock instead of metal, my guess is that it would have this luster.

I'm probably wrong but the Adam Ant I never knew would have the answer. Cryptic crosswords are more fun.
All that belongs to human understanding, in this deep ignorance and obscurity, is to be skeptical, or at least cautious; and not to admit of any hypothesis, whatsoever; much less, of any which is supported by no appearance of probability...Hume

The funny thing is, if you google "The most brilliant grade of non-metallic luster" the answer pops right up in your browser.
