Hi all! I am a newer hear. I am from Russia. I am terribly sorry, but I can't free find article "Authigenic gypsum in marine sediments" by Briskin M, and Schreiber B.C. from the J. of Marine Geology, V.28, issues 1-2, July, 1978, P. 37-49. Do anybody have it in pdf format.
    Sincerely yours
    Anatoly Mozherovsky

That is not available on the web for free [you could buy it], but you might try emailing her at madeleine.briskin@uc.edu and request a copy.

I'm sorry, my responses are limited. You must ask the right question.

"The track of a glacier is as unmistakable as that of a man or a bear, and is as significant and trustworthy as any other legible inscription"
    John Strong Newberry; 1873

"From observations upon living glaciers, and from the known nature of ice, we may learn to recognize the track of a glacier as readily and unmistakably as we would the familiar foot-prints of an animal." G. F. Wright 1891 (108-109)

We learn by doing, no problem, and you are welcome. I personally have had good success with emailing the principal researcher, and I always encourage extreme politeness.
